The booking conditions form must be completed prior to being accepted on the tour. Deposit is required on booking, and payment in full is required prior to commencement of tour.
All clients must have personal travel insurance covering accidents, personal injury, transfer to medical facilities, and loss/damage of personal effects. We will need all travel insurance information from clients before tour commences.
World On Wheels will not be liable to refund any monies due to injury, illness, non-interest or changed weather/ environmental and political conditions. Cancellation after permits/bus/train and general bookings have been made will incur a 50% cancellation fee, which also applies to the deposit.
During the tour it may be necessary to adjust the itinerary, although every endeavour would be made not to do so. This could occur because of weather/ environmental or political issues, or due to unforeseen/unplanned circumstances Your road captain has full responsibility to make any changes necessary to ensure that your experience is an enjoyable one.
I have requested to be accepted on this tour and fully understand that their are certain risks and hazards associated with this kind of experience. I am willing and competent to undertake this venture. I also understand that at times we will be venturing into remote areas where medical facilities may be scarce. I recognise, understand and accept that the World On Wheels representative will make appropriate decisions/actions when necessary to ensure the safety and well being of its clients.
